the brussels waffle is actually from Ghent
I am the Brussels waffles specialist and this recipe is "not too bad". He forgot the organic vegetal shortening or the lard and some salt. The snow egg white is not necessary if you leave the yeast do its work.
lol I search for a recipe for Brussels waffles and the very first result is in Thai. Good thing I'm Thai. This video is funny. She says "very gently beat in the egg whites" and he beats them in furiously like a jackhammer. Otherwise good video.
